Our Founder

Salahdine Baroudi, Esq. is the Founder and Attorney at Baroudi Law Office. Salahdine’s experience in legal work spans from before his time as an attorney, where he interned for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and in the Queens County Criminal Court under the Hon. Deborah-Stevens Modica, to his more recent work as a bar-admitted attorney working as an In-House Counsel for a multi-million dollar business in Brooklyn, NY.

Currently, Salahdine advises clients on residential and commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, management of real estate assets, and leasing of residential, retail, office, and industrial space. He also advises clients in business matters, including entity formation and dissolution, contract drafting and negotiation, trademark registration, and government compliance.

Salahdine regularly works with clients such as a mid-size food distribution company, which he recently counseled throughout its participation in commercial lease programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other notable representations include assisting startups in remaining legally protected while maneuvering through several stages of corporate investment.

In addition, Salahdine leverages his legal knowledge and prior personal experience, as an Arab American minority growing up in Queens, to provide volunteer assistance to under-represented communities in New York. His pro bono work has included work through CAIR-NY, where he provided legal assistance to minority clients involved in racial and religious discrimination cases.

Salahdine is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association.
